The Heart Behind Tantuparv

At the heart of Tantuparv is Mrs. Shilpa Gaidhani—a woman whose life is woven with tradition, creativity, spirituality, and an enduring love for India's handloom heritage.

Holding a Master's degree (M.A.) in Hindi and being a Pandit in Vedas, she possesses deep knowledge of sacred scriptures and rituals, including Shree Sukta and Rudra Pooja. Her spiritual grounding is reflected in the values of patience, authenticity, and devotion that define every creation at Tantuparv.

A passionate handloom enthusiast and a gifted artist, Mrs. Gaidhani has spent decades mastering traditional crafts. She is highly skilled in hand embroidery, knitting, crochet, fabric embellishment, and various forms of painting, preserving age-old techniques while celebrating Indian artistry. For her, every handcrafted piece tells a story of culture, craftsmanship, and love.

At the inspiring age of 65, she embarked on her entrepreneurial journey, proving that dreams have no expiration date. What many call retirement became her second innings—a new beginning driven by her lifelong passion for handwoven textiles and a desire to support India's talented weaving communities.

Tantuparv is more than a business; it is her heartfelt mission to preserve India's rich handloom traditions, empower artisans, and bring timeless weaves to modern wardrobes. Every saree is carefully selected to reflect authenticity, elegance, and the legacy of Indian craftsmanship.

Mrs. Shilpa Gaidhani's journey is a testament to the belief that passion, purpose, and perseverance can create beautiful beginnings at any stage of life. Through Tantuparv, she continues to inspire others to embrace tradition, celebrate handmade artistry, and wear stories that transcend generations.

"Age is not a limit—it is a canvas for new dreams. My second innings is dedicated to celebrating the timeless beauty of India's handlooms." – Mrs. Shilpa Gaidhani
